will I get a customs charge?

Usually no! I mark all items as a gift however your country may still charge!

can I buy if I use a different currency to £GBP?

yes! Your bank will automatically convert the money for you!

When are the Hello kitty pants coming back?

The hello kitty pants were a design from my old shop, pussibagz. Some designs may returns for special events like Christmas however I recommend keeping an eye on my Instagram for updates. 

Will there be a restock?

majority of items will not be restocked due to them being second hand, however please check my instagram for previews etc.

Can my item be returned?

Currently I do not accept any full refunds. if you have an issue please contact me and a partial refund MAY be given.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently I ship worldwide yes!

How are items packaged?

i aim to package all orders safely and securely ensuring it feels like a present when arriving. 

When will new items be released?

Drops will be announced on my social media or as a pop up on my website. 

Are your products made ethically?

yes! Most materials are sourced from second hand sites or from local small businesses. I handmake all products from home.

Do you do pre orders?

Currently no! Due to the fact I usually only have one of each item I cannot do preorders! However I’m hoping to have more stock so in future I’m hoping to do this in future
